The Picnic Master Process
From the first conversation to the final invoice, we've made every step simple, organized, and stress-free so you can focus on enjoying your event.
1. We listen and learn about the vision for your event in order to create your customized proposal (typically within 1–3 days).

2. We make the time to review the proposal with you, answer any questions, discuss any changes and finalize the plan.
We can jump on a call with you and your team to make sure all questions, suggestions and concerns are heard and addressed.
3. A 30% deposit secures your date and equipment availability.
4. You relax while we handle all of the planning, details and coordination.
We’ll keep you posted with things in a timely manner and always feel free to reach out to us with any questions or changes along the way.
5. We will deliver an amazing event your guests will love. (And you’ll look like a rock star!)
6. After your event, we will send you the final invoice (with no surprises!)

A Key Picnic Master Distinction
Picnic Master operates under a business model that differs from traditional rental companies. We specialize exclusively in producing fully turnkey company picnics. Every activity and aspect we propose for your event is all connected to the success and entirety of your event (set-up, staffing, logistics, power management, support, insurance, etc.)
With the exception of highly specialized activities or services (like petting zoo’s, videography, etc.) we own and maintain the majority of the equipment and activities that are required for most of our events, not rented out from various other vendors (this is a huge advantage to our customers). We emphasize this distinction because, unlike rental providers, our inventory is not offered for standalone rentals or used at other types of events.
That said, we certainly offer you the ability to request edits for activities and services that we have proposed as well as the option to add any activities or services you wish to enhance your event for your guests. Any changes and/or add-on activities or services will always include clear and upfront pricing for your consideration and approval. No surprises.
