Similar to our full-blown family-fun day events but without the kids and family activities, we will provide a delicious, professionally catered meal and the right set of activities for your group based on your goals, headcount and time allowed. Of course, just like our family-fun day events, we take care of everything, you simply provide them with an extended lunch break and we’ll make you shine while you put the spotlight on your team!
What Does a Picnic Master Employee Weekday Event Look Like?
Easy Weekday Events
Employee-only weekday events are typically held between 11am-2pm, making it easy to integrate into the workday. (Feel free to adjust the time as needed.)
Comfortable Seating & Dining
To create a festive atmosphere, we generally install a large seating tent with tables and chairs on a grassy area outside your facility for comfortable lunch seating. Just outside the main tent, we set up a dedicated buffet service tent to ensure smooth food flow and an enjoyable dining experience.
Games, Contests & Cash
Under the main seating tent, we host fun and engaging game shows and contests. Winners are invited to step into the popular Money Machine to grab the cash! Our professional emcees are experts at energizing the crowd and keeping everyone engaged.
Activities for Everyone
Surrounding the main tent, we offer a variety of optional activities that employees can enjoy at their own pace.

Cornhole Tournament, Beat the Bar Challenge, Basketball Shoot-Out, Safe Axe Throwing, Quarterback Toss, Golf Chipping Contest, and many more.
