Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with trusted industry vendors. Those partnerships, combined with our extensive in-house inventory are key components of every successful Picnic Master event.

    • We’ll help you plan for the right number of attendees using our tried-and-true methods and expertise. Best of all, you have up to 10 days prior to your event to adjust your estimated guest count – up or down – at no penalty. This flexibility alone can be a big savings.

    • We send promo posters prior to your event to help build excitement and boost attendance.

    • We can assist with site procurement.

    • Guidance, tips, and checklists to ensure every detail is covered.​
