Raise Money and Have Fun All In One Day!

Picnic Master offers an excellent opportunity for groups to make great money and have fun all in one day! Sounds great, right?!? It's true. We love to support local groups within the communities we serve by offering the opportunity to help us with simple but important, day-of staffing needs for our exceptional, family-friendly employee appreciation events. We pay well, we treat you well and we feed you well! Interested?  Please click here to tell us about your group!

The Picnic Master Experience

About Us, About Our Events, and What You'll Do:

  • The #1 requirement is a positive and helpful attitude!  And, you can expect the same from us!  We love what we do and we want everyone to have a great day! We hope that you will enjoy the day and enjoy working with us so much that you'll be looking forward to helping again with future events!

  • Most events are on a Saturday, but can sometimes be on a Sunday or weekday afternoon.  Your work time commitment will typically be for a 7hr day (usually 10:30am-5:30pm) however, we can sometimes be through early and you are free to go :).

  • The compensation is $100 pp AND also includes lunch and drinks throughout the day! We also compensate the groups' organizer!  Our typical go-to groups are JROTC, homeschool, band/sport groups, college clubs, etc. and parents and adults are welcomed! (The average number of staffers needed for an event is usually 10-20 people.)

  • Our events are very family-friendly, with activities that cater to all ages (please check out our website for more insight and visuals for the type of activities you could expect).  Except for serving fun foods (like snow cones, cotton candy, pizza, popcorn), you will not be required to help with the catering services.

  • When you arrive prior to the event start time, your group will be greeted and introduced and trained on each of the activities that will need to be supervised/staffed during the day and volunteers will be assigned to an activity.

  • You are asked to keep areas clean and to pick up any trash as noticed.

  • Be friendly and helpful! Smile, greet and be helpful to guests at your station, paying attention to safety and the activity rules and guidelines.

  • When working with student groups, we require an associated adult to be onsite during the day to help with the oversite of your group. The adult leader is also paid $100 separately for their service and attendance. This is our way of showing our respect and appreciation to the adults that help mentor our youth!

  • Please wear modest, clean shorts/pants and closed-toe/tennis-type shoes (no sandals).  If your group has a uniform, you are welcome to wear that as a team so that your group can be recognized from the community, otherwise each volunteer will be provided a Picnic Master/Staff vest to be worn throughout the day.

  • All staffing volunteers need to be a minimum of 15 yrs in age and able to walk and lift/carry reasonable weight without issues.

  • Your group is paid in full the day of the event, at the end of the day.

  • Did I mention we are great to work with?

If you/your group is interested in this great opportunity, please fill out this form so that we may contact you if needed and as we secure events in your area. Thank you for your interest!
